Tiny Champs Nursery is looking for an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is ready to progress into a Room Lead position.
You don't necessarily need to already be a Room Lead. We're looking for someone who has strong Early Years experience, natural leadership qualities and, most importantly, the drive and ambition to progress in their career.

What you'll be doing
As our Room Lead, you'll:
Lead by example and maintain excellent standards of practice
Create a happy, supportive and enjoyable atmosphere within your room
Ensure every child is recognised and supported as an individual
Promote genuine learning through play
Bring creativity, new ideas and enthusiasm to the room
Support, motivate and develop the practitioners within your team
Build positive relationships with parents and families
Work closely with the nursery management team
Maintain excellent safeguarding, welfare and EYFS standards
Take ownership of your room and be proud of the environment you create

Pay: £28,883.40-£30,703.40 per year
