Summary
Electrician required to start immediately on a large social housing responsive repairs scheme working in and round Rugby and Warwickshire on a permanent basis.
The Client
Our client is a large main contractor who operates nationwide and works alongside councils, housing associations and insurance companies.
The Role
Main duties are carrying out all aspects of maintenance and repairs on all electrical engineering services as required in tenanted and void properties, ensuring all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of Supervision. You will take ownership of work, aiming for 'First time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.
The working hours are 40 per week plus generous paying ON CALL rota 1 in every 6-8 weeks. The annual salary is £40,000 - £41,000 with a 5% bonus each March. A van and fuel card is provided.
There is street parking on site.

Requirements
- Social Housing Experience
- Full UK Driving Licence - Must have less than 6 points and no driving bans within the past 5 years
- Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or similar qualification
18th Edition
Gold CSCS/JIB Card / AM2 Qualification
