If so - we want to hear from you.We are launching an exciting new approach to student support and tutorial, and we’re looking for Student Success Officers (SSOs) to help lead the way.As a Student Success Officer, you’ll play a vital role in guiding our students through their college journey - providing targeted one-to-one guidance, proactive attendance monitoring, and facilitating developmental workshops. You’ll work closely with students to help them develop the skills, confidence, and resilience they need to succeed not just in college, but in life.This is your chance to be part of something new, meaningful, and rewarding - making a daily difference in a supportive, values-driven environment About the RolesTerm Time Only + 2 Weeks (38 Weeks per Year)You’ll hold a caseload of students, working one-to-one with them to identify barriers to success, set meaningful goals, improve attendance, and support their personal growth. Alongside this, you’ll deliver group workshops to equip students with the knowledge and resilience to navigate the world around them and plan for their future.If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same - this is the opportunity for you.Who We’re Looking ForYou’ll need excellent people skills, empathy, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
