Summary
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy print company based in Old Dalby, Leicestershire. These are temporary positions initially, with opportunities to work across different areas of the production process.
The Role
•
Work across three departments: Dryer, Transfer and Fulfilment, depending on business requirements.
•
Apply labels and tags to a variety of products.
•
Remove printed transfers from products.
•
Work at the end of production dryers, checking and packing products into boxes and cages.
•
Move pallets and handle boxes weighing approximately 15–18kg.
•
Receive training on the company's print machinery.
•
Maintain good attention to detail and ensure products are handled accurately.
You must be flexible and willing to work across all three departments, as you will not be based in just one area.
Shift Patterns
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm
About You
•
Good spoken and written English.
•
Confident with basic counting and following instructions.
•
Good attention to detail.
•
Flexible and happy to work across different departments.
•
Comfortable with manual handling, including lifting boxes weighing 15–18kg.
•
Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
•
Access to your own transport is essential due to the location of the site.
