Summary

Sales & Customer Service Advisor

Boston, Lincolnshire

Salary: £27,000–£29,000 per annum

37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join a busy sales team in Boston.

The role involves developing strong relationships with existing customers, identifying sales opportunities and providing excellent customer service. You will handle customer enquiries and orders, make outbound sales calls, promote products and services, and work closely with the wider team to support customer requirements.

Key Duties:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Identify and develop new sales opportunities.

Make proactive outbound sales calls.

Handle incoming calls, enquiries and orders.

Promote products, services and promotions.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Work with internal teams to ensure orders and deliveries are handled effectively.

Maintain accurate customer and sales information using CRM systems.

Monitor customer activity and sales information to identify opportunities.

Work towards sales and customer service targets.
