Summary

Internal Sales Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a temporary ongoing Internal Sales Administrator to join our client’s team based near Swineshead.

This is a varied customer-focused role, ideal for someone who is organised, self-motivated and confident communicating with customers. You’ll play an important part in ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customers receive a high level of service.

Hours of Work:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm

Salary:

£13.00 per hour

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Liaising with customers and members of the team, providing clear and professional communication.

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring requirements are met and responses are provided promptly.

Preparing and issuing customer quotations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Following up quotations by telephone and developing positive customer relationships.

Ensuring an excellent customer experience is maintained throughout the sales process.

Acting as a point of contact for customer queries and resolving issues effectively.

Understanding customer needs and responding appropriately to questions, requests and requirements.

Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

The successful candidate will have a logical and organised approach, a willingness to learn and develop professionally, and the ability to work independently and take ownership of their responsibilities.
