Summary

Title: Lettings Agent

Location: Invergordon (with travel around the local area)

Role Purpose:

Purpose of the Role:

To manage the end-to-end letting process and ensure that housing is allocated fairly, transparently, minimising rental income loss due to empty homes. A key focus is delivering an onboarding experience that helps new residents successfully sustain their tenancies.

Duties:

Coordinate frontline duties to let empty properties rapidly and efficiently to meet organizational targets.

Market available properties and carry out viewings.

Conduct screenings with shortlisted applicants and manage the sign-up process.

Ensure all essential property safety documents are completed.

Work closely with the Maintenance and Assets teams to ensure properties meet standards on time.

Provide a transfer of files.

General property administration.

Person Specification

Previous experience of the housing/property sector.

Exceptional customer service, conflict management, and clear communication skills.

Excellent administration skills.

Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for regular site and property visits.

A proactive, problem-solving approach to reducing property turnaround times.
