Summary

Registered Manager

Location: Aberdeenshire, with travel around the area

Salary: £31,262 to £31,991 per annum

Hours: 35 per week

Contract: Permanent

Additional Requirement: Applicants must have a full licence (2 years) and access to a vehicle. (Business mileage paid)

Additional Requirement: Successful candidates will be required to register with the Scottish Social Security Council (SSSC) within 3 months of starting.

What will a day in the life of a Registered Manager involve?

Leading the day-to-day running of a regulated Care at Home service.

Supporting staff and volunteers through supervision, training, and development.

Monitoring service quality, outcomes, and compliance with care standards.

Managing budgets, staffing levels, and ensuring person-centred support plans are in place.
