Summary

Millfield School is seeking an IT Support Technician with energy, drive an enthusiasm to join the IT Services team.

The successful applicant will provide support across both the prep and senior schools and throughout the variety of network infrastructure, hardware and software in use.

Experience of Windows operating systems is essential, as are good communication skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure. Knowledge of Office 365, windows networking, and/or Apple OS would be an advantage. The ability to drive is preferred as the role will involve working across multiple school sites.

This is a year-round position working Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm. You will also be required to work some Saturday mornings (8.40am-12pm) on a rota basis during term time.

The role offers a salary of £26,226 per annum, plus an array of staff benefits including freshly prepared lunches for only £10.61 per month, and discounts/cashback on high street shops and restaurants through the school’s Employee Assistance Programme.
