Summary
Who Were Looking For: We are looking for a confident and experienced Engineering or Estates Lead with: AP Qualification is desired. A relevant background in electrical, plumbing, or building services engineering. Previous experience of working within a hospital or healthcare environment is an essential requirement of this role. Strong management experience essential. Previous experience in managing a team. Proven ability to lead and develop teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive, flexible approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
