Winner Education are working with a secondary school in the
Erdington area who are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable
Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them to achieve their full potential both inside and outside the classroom.
What You'll Do:
•
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects
•
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students where required
•
Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
•
Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence
•
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
•
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team
What We're Looking For:
•
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a UK secondary school
•
A passion for supporting young people in their education
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•
Excellent behaviour management skills
•
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
•
Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
