Little Frogs Daycare in Winterton is looking for a qualified Early Years Educator who believes that childhood should be filled with curiosity, laughter, awe and wonder.

We want someone who does more than supervise.

We are looking for an educator who will get down to a child’s level, follow their ideas, create exciting experiences and recognise the learning hidden inside everyday play.

The right person will be:

• warm, caring and emotionally available to children

• playful, enthusiastic and willing to join in

• confident in planning from children’s interests and next steps

• able to use their initiative without waiting to be directed

• knowledgeable about the EYFS and safeguarding

• a dependable and supportive member of the team

• willing to reflect, accept feedback and continue developing professionally

You should hold a full and relevant Level 3 early-years qualification or above. Paediatric first aid is desirable, although training may be available.

Hours: negotiable

Pay: Negotiable according to qualifications and experience
