Duties

• Assist the Pre-School Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the preschool

• Support the implementation of engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote developmental milestones

• Supervise and motivate teaching staff, encouraging professional growth and teamwork

• Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to provide updates on children’s progress and address concerns

• Contribute to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and individual needs

• Support staff in managing administrative tasks such as record-keeping, attendance tracking, and lesson planning
