Summary

Customer Service Coordinator

The Job:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to join an established business within the agricultural sector. Working as part of the customer service team, you will be responsible for supporting customers with their orders and enquiries, ensuring a high level of service from initial order through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling customer enquiries and providing a professional, efficient service

- Processing and managing customer orders

- Coordinating deliveries and liaising with logistics and production teams

- Working closely with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries

- Maintaining accurate customer and order records

- Proactively resolving issues and keeping customers informed

- Supporting the wider customer service team with day to day administration

The Candidate:

- Previous experience in customer service, administration or order processing, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

- Organised, reliable and confident communicating with both customers and colleagues.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Experience coordinating orders, deliveries or logistics, with good problem solving skills.

- Ideally, experience within agriculture, logistics, manufacturing or another supply chain environment, although transferable customer service experience will be considered.

The Package:

- Salary £28,000–£31,000 DOE

- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office
