Based in Medway, you will manage a range of administrative tasks, including processing clinical correspondence, maintaining patient records and databases, supporting clinic administration and responding to enquiries from patients, clinicians and external healthcare providers. You will review and amend clinical letters generated through our digital dictation system, ensuring they are accurate and ready for distribution. You will also support referrals, imaging requests, MDT outcomes and patient information management, helping services run smoothly and efficiently.

You'll confidently manage email and phone enquiries, resolve issues promptly and escalate where required. Strong organisational skills will enable you to maintain databases, coordinate referrals, support clinic administration and ensure actions are completed within required timescales.

You'll be adaptable, reliable and committed to continuous improvement. In return,  you'll join a supportive team where your  skills and commitment to excellent customer service will make a meaningful contribution to patient care.

If you enjoy building positive relationships, solving problems and keeping processes organised, we would love to hear from you.
