Summary
You’ll play an important part in delivering our Benefits Service, helping to assess Housing Benefit and Local Council Tax Reduction claims, processing changes in circumstances and supporting customers to understand and manage their claims. You’ll work alongside colleagues across the service and liaise with external organisations where needed
