Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
Salary: £17–£18 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–4:00pm & Friday, early finish

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced TIG Welder / Fabricator to join their manufacturing team.
The Role:
As a Stainless Steel TIG Welder / Fabricator, you will be responsible for the fabrication and TIG welding of stainless-steel components and assemblies, working from drawings and specifications to produce a high-quality finished product.
This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced fabricator who takes pride in their workmanship and has a strong eye for accuracy and detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• TIG welding stainless steel to a high standard
• Fabricating and assembling stainless-steel components and structures
• Working from engineering drawings and job specifications
• Measuring, marking out, cutting, drilling and preparing materials
• Producing clean, accurate and consistent welds
• Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets required quality standards
• Using workshop tools and fabrication equipment safely and correctly
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet production requirements and deadlines
• Taking responsibility for the quality of your own work
About You:
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within a stainless-steel fabrication or engineering environment and be confident with TIG welding.
We are looking for someone with:
• Proven TIG welding experience, preferably working with stainless steel
• Previous metal fabrication experience
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Good measuring and marking-out skills
• Ability to produce neat, accurate and consistent welds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of workshop health and safety
• Reliable and positive approach to work
• Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining quality
