Summary
Luma Education Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and adventurous Teaching Assistant to support children within a unique Forest School and outdoor learning environment.

We are looking for someone with an outdoorsy, energetic and positive personality who is happy working in all kinds of weather and enjoys helping children explore, learn and develop through outdoor experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting children during Forest School and outdoor learning sessions.
Helping pupils take part in practical, creative and nature-based activities.
Encouraging children to explore their surroundings and develop confidence outdoors.
Supporting pupils with their learning, communication and social development.
Helping children develop independence, resilience and teamwork skills.
Assisting with activities such as nature exploration, outdoor games, practical tasks and creative projects.
Supporting the Forest School team with setting up and clearing away activities.
Helping maintain a safe, positive and engaging outdoor environment.
Building positive relationships with children and encouraging them to get involved.
Supporting pupils who may require additional help or encouragement.
