Summary

We are currently representing a reputable automotive dealership based in Finchley, London, seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their established team. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to a well-regarded business committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high workshop standards. The Service Advisor will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing booking procedures, and supporting the workshop operations seamlessly.

Duties of a Service Advisor:

- Welcome customers and accurately assess their vehicle servicing needs

- Clearly explain repairs and services required to customers

- Manage workshop bookings and customer appointments efficiently

- Prepare work-in and work-out timesheets for the workshop team

- Upsell additional services to maximise workshop revenue

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication

- Ensure smooth workshop operations and effective customer communication

- Contribute to the positive reputation of the dealership through excellent service

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Knowledge of automotive terminology and repair procedures

- Reliable and able to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment

- Full UK driving licence

- A proactive approach to customer care and workshop support
