Sugarman Health & Wellbeing is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Clinical Nurse Manager
to oversee the delivery of high-quality care for a service user with a
C2 spinal cord injury, tracheostomy, and ventilator dependency
within their own home environment.

About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical delivery of care, supporting care staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently achieved.
You will work collaboratively with the service user, family members, healthcare professionals, and the wider Sugarman team to ensure all care remains safe, effective, and person-centred.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and oversight of the care package.
Conduct clinical assessments and develop person-centred care plans.
Monitor and review clinical outcomes and care quality.
Ensure safe management of tracheostomy and ventilator care.
Undertake clinical audits, spot checks, and competency assessments.
Support, supervise, and mentor healthcare staff.
Train, induct, and develop new staff members to ensure competence and confidence in delivering complex care.
Deliver clinical training, observations, and competency sign-offs.
Investigate incidents and implement learning outcomes where necessary.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, community professionals, and commissioners.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, company policies, and clinical governance requirements.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Participate in service reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
Provide on-call clinical support when required.
Requirements
Essential
Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
Experience within complex care settings.
Strong knowledge of tracheostomy and ventilator care.
Previous experience supervising or managing healthcare staff.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable
Community nursing experience.
Experience delivering clinical training and competency assessments.
Knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
Experience managing complex care packages within community settings.
