Summary

Use your complex care experience to help launch new care packages across the North West.

• Lead the mobilisation of new complex care packages, helping make sure each package is safe, personalised and ready to go.

• Use and build your clinical & specialist knowledge through hands-on experience and specialist training in areas such as medication management, respiratory care, suction, enteral feeding, seizure management and more.

• Work closely with the individual, their family and wider healthcare professionals to understand what matters to them and build support around their needs and goals.

• Shadow-train and support new care teams, helping colleagues develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to provide high-quality care.

• Work across different packages and locations, giving you variety and the opportunity to rapidly broaden your complex care experience.

• Make a real difference from day one – you'll be there at the start of someone's care journey, helping establish a support package that enables them to live as independently as possible in their own home.
