Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN), Leicester | £45,000-£50,000

Most clinical leads inherit someone else's system. You get to build yours.

Think about the last time you joined a home. The care plans were already written, the habits already set, and half your first year went on undoing things. This one's different.

This Leicester home is registering for nursing, which means its clinical standards are being set right now, by whoever takes this job. You'll sit alongside a new Registered Manager as their clinical right hand, shaping care planning, clinical governance, supervision and training from the ground up. You'll do about one 12-hour clinical shift a week; the rest is leadership.

It suits a nurse who's ready to step off the treadmill and into influence: someone who enjoys teaching as much as doing, and who would rather set the bar than chase it.

You'll bring:

An active NMC PIN.

Solid nursing home or complex care experience.

The confidence to lead other nurses and carers.

Working towards a Level 5 in Leadership and Management? Great; it's encouraged here.
