You will work across the North directorate which covers our prisons across Yorkshire and the North West. This role is home based, with travel to sites as required. There is also an expectation that you travel to London or Theale for meetings occasionally. The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic HR leadership role supporting senior operational leaders. You will be responsible for aligning people strategy with business goals to improve organisational performance, workforce capability, employee engagement, and culture. Salary & Hours This position is full time working 37.5 hours per week. You will receive an annual salary of £70,000 to £75,000 per annum with £4,000 car allowance and discretionary 10% performance bonus. How will we support you?
