UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Relations Manager to join Health in Justice at Practice Plus Group. This role is predominantly home based, however there will be occasional travel to sites and London or Theale for meetings. This is a senior HR role responsible for leading the employee relations function across the service. You will focus on managing complex employment matters, ensuring legal compliance, supporting organisational change, developing managers, and leading a team of Employee Relations Advisers. You will play a key role in promoting workforce stability, staff wellbeing, and effective people management while working in this role. Salary & Hours This position is full time, working 37.5 hours per week and you will receive an annual salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus £4,000 car allowance. You will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus of 10%. How will we support you?
