Summary

To ensure delivery of a high quality, comprehensive specialist psychological service To have responsibility, in consultation with the CPPO, for the professional leadership, planning, systematic provision and review of the adult services across Psychology in Healthcare at NuTH. To provide professional leadership and management, ensuring systematic governance of the service ensuring that systems are in place and working effectively for the clinical and professional supervision of the psychological professionals. Provides a highly specialised and experienced psychological service for patients with the most complex/challenging presentations including highly specialist psychological assessments and interventions. To support research, evaluation, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice of the service As a senior member of staff, you will be required to represent the Head of Clinical Service at planning, management, and other fora. Supervision of qualified psychological professionals , assistant psychologists and other clinical staff as required. Research and clinical supervision of doctoral trainees. To provide training where required.
