Role: Casual Trainer- Driver Awareness Courses

Pay Rate: £69.00 per 3 hour course PAYE, with flexible paid holiday

Hours: Ad-Hoc

Length of Contract: 2 -3 months

Location: West Midlands, various venues( Dudley, Wolverhampton, Boldmere & Knowle

Working Arrangements: Mon to Fri 9am-8pm (Ideally 5pm-8pm) / Sat and Sun 9am-12pm

Our Client is loooking for NDORS-qualified Trainers to deliver high-quality Driver Awareness training to offenders, helping participants achieve agreed learning and behavioural outcomes.

The role:

Deliver engaging training sessions using a range of media

Majority of delivery is online via Zoom

Face-to-face delivery available in Dudley, Wolverhampton, Boldmere & Knowle

Flexible casual opportunities

Essential:

NDORS qualified/licensed

Minimum 1 year’s training or teaching experience

Recognised teaching/training qualification such as AET, CET, DET, PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, CIPD or equivalent

Excellent knowledge of the Highway Code

Strong presentation, facilitation and coaching skills

Ability to adapt delivery to diverse audiences

Professional, reliable and confident working independently

Enhanced DBS or appropriate vetting

For online delivery: own laptop/desktop, strong internet connection and Zoom licence
