Summary

Operations Manager - Supported Housing (Mental Health)

Location: Oxfordshire

Contract: Ongoing

Rate: £30.00 an hour.

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a team of Supported Housing Workers working across mental health services in Oxfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operational leader with a background in supported housing, mental health, social care, or a related environment. The successful candidate will provide effective leadership and oversight to ensure high quality services are delivered to individuals receiving support.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and support a team of Supported Housing Officers across mental health services

Provide effective operational leadership, guidance and day-to-day management

Ensure services are delivered in line with organisational policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.

Monitor service quality, performance and outcomes

Support staff development, supervision and performance management

Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery

Identify and address operational issues, risks and areas for improvement

Promote a person-centred approach to supporting individuals with mental health needs

Ensure appropriate safeguarding, health and safety and risk management processes are followed
