Summary
Families First Contact Limited is seeking reliable and compassionate Family Time Contact Supervisors to join our growing team.
The role involves supervising family time between children and their parents or other family members, ensuring sessions are safe, positive and focused on the needs of the child. You will observe interactions, maintain appropriate professional boundaries, manage any safeguarding concerns and produce clear, accurate reports following each session.
We work with families referred by local authorities, CAFCASS and other professionals, and are looking for individuals who are confident working with children and families who may have complex needs or circumstances.
This is a sessional role offering flexible work, with opportunities available across London and surrounding areas. Applicants should have relevant experience working with children, families, social care, safeguarding or a related field.
An Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references will be required.
