Nurture Teacher - Eccles
Location: Eccles, Greater Manchester
Pay: £26-£32 per hour
Contract: Part-time / Flexible

SEND Inclusion Support are looking for an experienced Nurture Teacher to support a young person in the Eccles area who requires a more individualised approach to education.
This is an opportunity to step away from the pressures of a traditional classroom and focus on one young person's individual needs, interests, strengths and barriers to learning.
You will have the time and space to build a genuine relationship, understand what makes the young person tick and develop an approach that helps them feel safe, engaged and ready to learn.
You'll provide bespoke 1:1 education, adapting sessions around the young person's needs and working towards meaningful educational and personal outcomes.

You'll have access to our bespoke Nurture Curriculum, giving you structure, progression and resources while still allowing you to use your professional judgement and adapt learning around the individual.
You won't be expected to create everything from scratch.

Our Nurture Teachers are never left to work in isolation. You'll have ongoing support from our specialist team, access to curriculum guidance and resources, and opportunities to share practice with other Nurture Teachers through our termly Nurture Teacher Days.
