Summary
Contract Manager responsible for overseeing the full contract lifecycle, including contract preparation, negotiation, implementation, performance monitoring, variations, renewals, and completion. Responsible for ensuring contractual compliance, managing commercial risks, monitoring budgets and supplier performance, resolving contractual issues and disputes, and maintaining effective relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Provide contractual and commercial advice to management while ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope, cost, quality, and timescales.
Responsibilities:
1.Manage the full contract lifecycle from preparation and negotiation through to completion and renewal.
2.Review, interpret, and administer contracts, terms and conditions, and contractual obligations.
3.Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, regulatory, and legal requirements.
4.Monitor contractor, supplier, and service-provider performance against agreed contractual requirements.
5.Manage contract variations, extensions, renewals, amendments, claims, and change requests.
6.Monitor project costs, budgets, payments, and financial performance against contractual agreements.
7.Identify, assess, and manage contractual, commercial, and operational risks.
8.Prepare and review contracts, reports, correspondence, performance records, and other commercial documentation.
9.Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
10.Support commercial negotiations and ensure favourable and compliant contractual arrangements.
11.Monitor project delivery against agreed scope, quality standards, budgets, and timescales.
