You'll be working full-time42hours a week,12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends (4 shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), Days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Beckly House Beckly is a specialist residential service in Shelf, Halifax West Yorkshire, supporting people with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge. We encourage and enable the people we support to lead a full and happy life. We work with people to ensure they have more choice and control in their lives. We find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible.
