We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You'll be working full time 42hours a week,12hour shifts, including alternate weekends (four shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), Nights only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Gotts Park - Yorkshire Supported Living Leeds. Supported Living in Leeds provides eighteen tenancies, the service empowers individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently. The service offers personalised and tailored support in a private space, allowing the people we support to hold their own tenancy with a registered housing association. We know how important it is for individuals to have the right support so they can live the life they want to live. We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. This specialist service supports individuals who may have been previously detained within a hospital setting and are ready for a step-down placement with in the local community.
