Your New Role:

As a Business Lecturer, you will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across a range of Business Studies programmes. You will be responsible for creating an inclusive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their full potential while developing their understanding of key business concepts and practices.

Key responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering high-quality Business lessons and learning activities.

Teaching students across a range of levels and abilities.

Assessing, monitoring, and supporting student progress.

Creating engaging learning materials and resources.

Maintaining accurate records of attendance, progress, and achievement.

Supporting students with academic and personal development.

Contributing to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives.

Promoting a positive and professional learning culture.

This is a full-time temporary position working five days per week and offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a successful and supportive college setting.

What You'll Need to Succeed:To be successful in this Business Lecturer role, you will ideally have:

A degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related subject.

A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.

Experience teaching Business Studies within Further Education, Sixth Form, Secondary Education, or Higher Education.

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business education.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

The ability to engage, motivate, and inspire learners.

A commitment to delivering outstanding teaching and learning outcomes.
