Long Term Futures are seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support within a specialist SEN hub based in a mainstream primary school in Birmingham, B6.
This is a full-time role supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 with additional needs such as ASD and ADHD. You will work closely with the school's SENCO, teachers and wider SEN team to provide structured, individualised support that enables pupils to engage with learning, develop their communication and build greater independence. You will build positive relationships with pupils and provide support with behavioural regulation throughout the academic year.
