Our client, a leading automotive company in the Wetherby area, is seeking a Parts Advisor to join their expanding team. Duties of a Parts Advisor:

- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure optimum efficiency

- Collaborate with the sales team and workshop to deliver excellent customer service

- Handle parts in and parts out processes accurately

- Oversee parts warehousing and dispatch activities

- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and product information

- Support other areas of the business as required, demonstrating flexibility and commitment

- Assist in stock control, ordering, and invoicing processes as needed

- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in handling parts and warehousing activities

Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

- Proven experience in an automotive parts advisory role

- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and industry trends

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Warehouse experience is advantageous

- Physically capable of lifting up to 30kg and working on your feet for extended periods

- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
