Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Parts Advisor in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. This is an excellent Parts Advisor opportunity for experienced automotive parts professionals seeking a stable and rewarding role within a rapidly expanding company.

Duties of a Parts Advisor:

- Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently to ensure availability

- Collaborate effectively with the sales team and workshop colleagues

- Process parts in and parts out, including warehousing and dispatch

- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and accessories

- Assist with general warehouse duties and stock control

- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients

- Support other business operations as required, demonstrating flexibility

- Maintain accurate records using inventory management systems

- Ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to, including manual handling and lifting procedures

Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

- Proven experience in an automotive parts advisory role

- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Warehouse experience is advantageous

- Ability to lift up to 30kg safely and work on your feet for extended periods

- Familiarity with inventory management systems would be beneficial

- Automotive industry knowledge and enthusiasm for learning are essential
