We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, caring, and reliable Lunchtime Support Assistant to join our friendly team at St Paul's C of E Primary School Kingston Hill. The successful candidate will play an essential role in looking after the safety, health, and well-being of our pupils during their lunch period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dining Hall Supervision: Supervise pupils while eating, encourage positive dining habits and good social behavior, clean dining tables/surfaces, and assist in maintaining high standards of hygiene.

• Playground Supervision: Supervise children during outdoor playground activities, facilitating active play and ensuring a safe, inclusive recreational environment.

• Pupil Welfare: Build positive, respectful relationships with pupils, stay observant of children needing extra encouragement, and report any safety or welfare concerns promptly.

Working Pattern:

• 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday (5 hours per week, Term Time Only).
