About the Role

As a School Meals Supervisory Assistant, you will:

Supervise children in the dining hall and playground.

Encourage positive behaviour, friendships and good manners.

Support children's wellbeing, safety and happiness.

Help organise and lead engaging playground activities and games.

Promote inclusion and ensure all children enjoy a positive lunchtime experience.

Be a positive role model for our pupils.

This is much more than a supervisory role – it's an opportunity to build relationships, encourage active play and help children develop important social skills.
