SEND Teacher

The role:
- Teaching a class of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet a range of learning needs
- Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
- Working closely with support staff, families, and other professionals
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress to ensure positive outcomes
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching pupils with SEND, or a strong interest in specialist education
- Be patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive teaching practices
- Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Be passionate about helping every pupil achieve their full potential
