Summary
360 Services is looking for experienced Care Workers, Junior Support Workers, and Healthcare Assistants to join out team working night shifts across Homeless hostels, Women's Refuges, Night Shelters and Supported accommodation Projects in Wigan. Are you caring, empathetic, and passionate about supporting vulnerable adults? This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference while helping residents feel safe, supported, and respected.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Carry out regular welfare, health, and security checks.
- Support the safeguarding and wellbeing of residents.
- Monitor access to the building and ensure only authorised visitors enter.
- Identify, report, and accurately document safeguarding, security concerns, and incidents.
- Respond to and investigate alarm activations when required.
- Maintain accurate visitor and incident logs.
- Distribute food donations and assist with light cleaning duties.
- Support senior support staff with other tasks as required.
