Summary

Year 1 Teaching Assistant

The role:

Supporting teaching and learning within a Year 1 classroom
Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning
Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons
Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience working with primary-aged children
Be confident supporting pupils in Key Stage 1
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be patient, enthusiastic, and nurturing
Be committed to helping every child achieve their full potential
