Summary

Secondary Teaching Assistant

Moore Teachers is working with a Good-rated secondary academy that provides a positive and ambitious learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve highly and develop confidence in their learning. The role:

Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
Working with individuals and small groups to enhance learning and engagement
Assisting teachers in delivering effective lessons
Supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development
Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience working with secondary-aged students
Be confident supporting learning across a range of subjects
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic
Be committed to helping young people achieve their full potential
