Overview
We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Support Officer to join our team in London. This is a permanent, full-time position.
We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, takes initiative and is comfortable managing several priorities. Previous experience in project support or coordination would be beneficial, but we also welcome applicants with transferable skills and the potential to grow into the role. Experience in fragrance or beauty is a plus, but is not essential.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Support the planning and coordination of business projects and initiatives
· Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers and documentation
· Monitor deadlines, actions, milestones and deliverables
· Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, minutes and action points
· Assist with project reports, presentations and updates
· Maintain accurate project records and information
· Track project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating them where appropriate
· Support the introduction of new processes, systems and business initiatives
· Provide general project and administrative support as required
