Summary

"NHS Staff Survey 2024" They feel supported in their employers making reasonable adjustments to help them carry out their work, rating an 82.9% Process incoming post, escalating any actions to the relevant team members. Process and print letters generated by the Bowel Cancer Screening System (BCSS), and send these to patients, carers, GP practices, and other NHS organisations as required. Create and send individual letters to patients, for example in cases of non-attendance or lost contact. To prepare bowel preparation packs and appointment letters for patients as bookings come in. To arrange and facilitate postage or collection taking into account factors including time until appointment and any additional instructions. Assist in maintaining the colonoscopy e-diary. Assist clinical staff with queries on admin matters, resolving issues such as double bookings. To update and maintain patient notes, ensuring all patient data is recorded accurately and to the required level of detail. To provide secretarial support to the BCSP team, word processing, filling, photocopying and composing letters/documents. Please refer to the Job Description for further details
