Salary: £48,672 per year (£26.00 per hour)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Lead (RGN) to join an established nursing and dementia care service in Chard, Somerset.

This role offers the opportunity to take on a key leadership position, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while helping to develop and guide nursing and care teams within a well-established service.

Working closely with the wider management team, you will support clinical excellence, maintain high standards of care and governance, and contribute to positive outcomes for residents.
