Summary

Mamma Dough is a family of neighbourhood sourdough pizzerias built on old-school Italian hospitality — the kind of care, generosity and attention to detail you'd get from someone's Nonna. We're opening our newest pizzeria in the heart of Broadway, across two floors in Cotswold Court, and we're looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to be part of this team from day one.

Pizza Chef

What you'll be doing Working the pizza section, stretching and firing our handmade sourdough pizzas, keeping standards high and service moving, and helping bring a bit of that Mamma Dough warmth to every table.

What we're looking for

Solid experience working a pizza or hot section in a busy kitchen

Sourdough experience is a big plus

Someone who takes pride in consistency and cares about the details

A team player who's happy in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
