Juice Hospitality is recruiting a Chef de Partie. If you enjoy taking ownership of your section, producing food you’re proud of and working closely with your kitchen team, we’d love to hear from you.
Your role
• Run your section, managing preparation and keeping service organised.
• Cook and present dishes consistently to the kitchen’s standards.
• Work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver smooth service.
• Support junior colleagues and share your skills.
• Manage stock rotation, reduce waste and maintain food hygiene and allergen procedures.
