About You You will be an experienced board-level leader with a track record of delivering strategic and operational success in complex organisations. You will be a qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent) with the experience, credibility and influence to operate confidently at executive and system level. You will bring: Significant Board-level leadership experience within the NHS or a comparable complex healthcare environment. A strong record of developing and implementing financial strategy. Experience of leading large-scale transformation and organisational change. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to translate complex financial information into clear strategic decisions. A collaborative leadership style and commitment to developing future leaders.
