About the role

Pay Details: Grade 8, SCP 26 - 30. £38,510- £42,123 p.a.

Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37

Main Place of Work: 91 Salisbury Road, Barry

Description:The Youth Justice Early Support Service aims to support children to live positive and crime free lives and achieve their full potential. The Practitioner Manager role forms part of the YJESS Management Team; with responsibility for Prevention and Resources. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to oversee the quality of practice and support continuous improvement. Applicants will require relevant YJESS; Asset plus and Prevention and Diversion assessment frameworks and Keeping Safe management experience.
