We are seeking a highly skilled Panel Beater to join a reputable accident repair centre in Woolwich. Duties of the Panel Beater:

- Carry out structural and non-structural panel repairs, including panel replacement and welding

- Ensure accurate panel fit and alignment according to manufacturer standards

- Use jig work and specialist equipment to achieve high-quality repairs

- Maintain organised workflow and communicate effectively with colleagues to meet deadlines

- Protect vehicle parts and ensure the workshop adheres to safety standards

- Complete accurate job cards and check the quality of work prior to vehicle handover

- Uphold the company’s reputation for quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements of the Panel Beater:

- Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair or bodyshop environment

- Ability to perform both structural and cosmetic metalwork repairs to a high standard

- Knowledge of welding, jig work, and panel alignment techniques

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Reliable, punctual, and a team player

- Relevant qualifications and manufacturer accreditations (preferred but not essential)

- Effective communication skills and ability to follow repair procedures accurately
